PGC Flooring exists to give one type of project the focus it deserves: floors. As a division of Prominent General Contractors LLC, we draw on the parent firm's processes, scheduling and trade relationships — but operate as a dedicated practice for clients whose project is the flooring itself.
Most of our work is premium waterproof luxury vinyl plank — installed with proper subfloor preparation, manufacturer-spec acclimation and tooling, and the small details (transitions, undercuts, baseboard reset) that separate a long-lived install from a short one.
For clients with broader scopes — kitchens, interior remodels, or full renovations — we work alongside the rest of the Prominent General Contractors practice to keep the project under one accountable team.

Every Prominent General Contractors project is organized around defined milestones rather than open-ended billing. PGC Flooring follows the same structure, scaled to the size of the work. Payments are accepted via Zelle, ACH, and credit or debit card through Stripe.
An on-site visit, square-footage measurement, material direction, and a written proposal that defines the scope before anything is signed.
A modest deposit reserves your install window and begins material specification. Schedule, lead times and prep work are confirmed in writing.
Material arrives and acclimates, the workspace is prepared, and installation begins. Progress payment is tied to a clear milestone in the work — never to a calendar.
A walk-through, punch list, clean handover and final payment. Warranty terms are documented and the relationship continues for any future work.
